Terms and Conditions for RESPECTDUE

1. Introduction: These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the website www.RespectDue.co.uk (“Website”) and the purchase of any products (“Products”) from the Website. By using the Website and/or placing an order for Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order for Products.
2. Order process: The advertisement of Products on the Website constitutes an invitation to treat only. No contract will be formed between you and the RESPECTDUE Brand until we accept your order. Our acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch the Products you have ordered. If we are unable to supply you with a Product, for example because that Product is not in stock or no longer available, or because of an error in the price on the Website, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and offer you the option to purchase an alternative product or a refund.
3. Payment: Payment can be made by credit or debit card, PayPal or express payments. We take all reasonable care to make our Website secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
4. Delivery: The Products will be delivered to the address specified by you when placing the order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within [30] days of your order.
