Shipping & Deliveries

Shipping and Delivery Policy:

At RESPECTDUE we are committed to providing our customers with the fastest and most reliable shipping services possible. Our shipping policy applies to all customers worldwide.

Shipping:

All orders within the UK are shipped free of charge via Royal Mail.

For all other orders, shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the product, destination, and shipping method chosen by the customer. The shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before the order is placed. Please see below for any duty or tax implications.

International Orders and non EU orders:

Customers are responsible for any possible customs,duties/taxes associated with international orders. RESPECTDUE cannot be held responsible for any potential delays caused by customs.

Processing Time:

Clothing orders placed are immediately processed and sent for printing at our UK factory. Printing takes approx 2-3 days from the date the order is placed.

Accessory orders are printed and despatched from our facility in the US.

Delivery Time:

Delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected. On average, standard shipping takes 7-14 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2-7 business days.

Tracking Information:

A tracking number will be provided to customers once the order has been dispatched. Customers can track the status of their order by visiting the carrier's website.

Delivery Confirmation:

A signature may be required upon delivery for orders above a certain value. If a signature is not obtained, the carrier may leave a note for the customer to arrange a re-delivery or pick-up from a local depot.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

In the unlikely event that a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, RESPECTDUE will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier. Customers should contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date if they have not received their order.
